Cognition's autonomous software engineer. Re-verified 2026-10-06 on devin.ai/pricing + docs.devin.ai: self-serve lineup is Free, Pro ($20), Max ($200), Teams ($80/month minimum + $40/mo per full dev seat, up to 200 users) and Enterprise (custom, 'Let's talk'). Each paid plan includes a usage allowance that refreshes on a daily and weekly basis (Max: weekly only, no daily cap) and — per Cognition — covers all agent usage for most users; beyond that, prepaid on-demand credits (billed in dollars at API pricing) apply, and purchased credits roll over month-to-month and never expire. Cognition does not publish a fixed $ or ACU allowance per self-serve tier (legacy ACU-based plans were migrated; on-demand credits are the same dollar value as the old ACUs, and legacy Core users were moved to Free). Eligible ChatGPT Plus/Pro subscriptions can be linked so GPT usage draws on ChatGPT instead of the Devin allowance. An ACU ≈ 15 minutes of active autonomous work. Models: SWE-2 is the latest Cognition model ('SWE-2Free' free in Devin Desktop and CLI through October 16, 2026); paid tiers add frontier models from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and xAI (rendered 'SpaceXAI' on the page) plus leading open-source models; Free gets limited model availability. Devin Desktop is Cognition's renamed Windsurf IDE (docs link it to windsurf.com).
